Perfect Juneau Home Base! Positive: This was a fantastic home base for our time in Juneau! The property is brand new, incredibly clean, and very easy to spot right off the road. We were so impressed by how thoroughly it was set up—it has every appliance, amenity, and utensil you could possibly need, plus plenty of thoughtful extras. On top of that, the host was wonderfully pleasant and highly responsive, sending perfectly timed, clear instructions. We had a great stay and would absolutely rebook this place for our next trip! Negative: To be completely clear, none of these were deal-breakers for us and we'd happily stay here again, but they are worth noting for transparency. The unit is on the middle floor of a condo-style building, so you will occasionally hear footsteps from the floor above and some general hallway noise. Because it's so close to the airport, you'll also catch some plane takeoff and engine braking noise. Lastly, the living room couch functions as a futon for a third bed; while great for sleeping, it’s shaped a little uniquely as a couch and tends to dip you toward the center when sitting. Still an excellent, highly recommended property!

We had a wonderful time and it was just that we needed as an overnight day to catch our cruise to Alaska Positive: The property came fully stocked with snacks and it was very convenient location. The beds were very comfortable and we felt like we were right at home. Negative: There was no elevator so we had to move all of our bags upstairs
